Knowing The Right Boundaries
There are some things you just don’t do. For example, on Facebook, you don’t provoke people known to explode comment threads and derail them into a dedicated comment thread just for doing that. When you do, you get 600+ comments in a single hour, more Facebook notifications than you believe could exist at any given time, and even cause the site to respond with, “Nope…totally not dealing with you guys right now” on occasion. It’s actually pretty impressive when you think about it, in a scary sort of way.
My next trip that has slightly more planning is looking to be San Francisco (yes, with Will, but other people also and he wasn’t the instigator of this one) in a week and a half for a weekend. I’ve been there once before; I remember not being overly impressed, but I was also like..10? Plus, it wasn’t Vegas or Hawaii, and at that age, those were the only vacation spots I really care about. Actually, that’s not too different from now either when I think about it.
