Keep The Pattern Going
Hey, I stayed home from work today! Not really for a WFH day though, but more because a sore throat I’d been having since Sunday night finally decided it wanted to be more than a little irritating. I figured that with no real meetings that I needed to be in the office for, hanging around the available drugs at my place was the more comfortable course of action. While I don’t expect that I’ll need to do the same tomorrow, I absolutely could, or at least not go in until the afternoon if I give the drugs a chance to kick in.
So, since I was not doing work all day, that means I totally got super far in Mass Effect 2, right? Ummm… Well, you see… Fine! I wasted my day away, haven’t played it at all (yet, I plan on getting an hour in between now and going to sleep), and squandered a very convenient opportunity to make a dent in the game. Hey, there are reason why all these games are unplayed up to this point in time. I think it’s asking a little much for me to be absolutely addicted to them.
