Plenty of Ways To Stay Busy
Just because I’m done with Harry Potter doesn’t mean that my weekends are now going to be boring with nothing to do. Take this weekend, for example: today, a PAX planning meeting and evening party; tomorrow, the annual Enforcer BBQ that PA hosts for us. If that isn’t staying busy, then I don’t know what bar you’re expecting me to reach.
One sad piece of news that I heard yesterday (but isn’t entirely unexpected) is that the upcoming 5th season of Chuck is planned to be the final one. I’d love for it to continue running for a few more years, but at the same time, I’m glad that everyone knows ahead of time that the series is ending so that everything can be wrapped up without ending with a cliffhanger or a bunch of loose ends. Given that it’s been at least marginally surprising every time it’s been renewed since the first season, I guess not having that uncertainty will be nice for once, even if it does mean no more Chuck.
