What a Novel Concept
Who would have thought that the best way to play and beat games would be…wait for it…to just sit down and play through them?? I know, it’s crazy! Anyway, the application of that thought has led to me finally beating Modern Warfare. While sticking to my plan would involve watching some BSG right now, I’m in too much of a game mood, so I’ll probably go start Dragon Age: Origins and continue with my “play games that I really should have gotten through years ago” streak.
I went to go see the new Pirates movie today, and while I didn’t feel that it was quite up to the level of the first three, it definitely wasn’t a Mummy like drop. It got a lot better in the second half of the movie because the first part was similar to the third where there were just too many separate stories going on. Probably purchase worthy, but not one I’d pick if I just wanted to see a single one out of the series. My score: 7.5/10.
