My Life is a Little Too Integrated
So apparently if you have Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter all linked together, the mere act of something as innocent as wanting to show your support for a Youtube video and have easy access to it later causes a flood of updates to be spewed forth and generate a flood of unwanted updates when a single one would have sufficed just fine. Needless to say, I’ve gone in and tweaked my settings a little bit in that regard, but yeah, I got a little bit more that I bargained for in that instance. I did find it humorous when Andrew pointed out to me exactly what it was that I had done.
For my first day back in my office in basically three full weeks (remember, I had my usability study action going on for the second half of the last week I was there before my vacation started), I felt like my day was pretty productive. Of course, due to basically no one having been in the building for the past two weeks and all of the heat generating machines (both the heating system and computers) being off, it was just a tad chilly all day long. Hopefully tomorrow will be slightly better temperature wise. If it isn’t good tomorrow then I basically don’t care as far as the rest of the week goes since I won’t be there to take advantage of it. Everyone can freeze while I’m at CES as far as I’m concerned.
