A City With a Weather Identity Crisis

January 12th, 2011 @ 11:58 PM

For a city where it isn’t supposed to snow much, Seattle, you really aren’t doing a good job of that this time around. Don’t get me wrong, I’m quite glad that the three inches that were on the ground last night were all but gone this morning due to rain and increased temperatures, but what if the temperature hadn’t risen? How many more inches of snow would have fallen overnight? If the city freaked out with the November snowpocalypse, I wouldn’t have wanted to even venture outside to see what today was like.

Tomorrow is movie day, making it my…third movie to to see before it’s official release? We’ve basically rented out the entire theater for the entire day, and then we got to choose a group of staggered start times of which we can go to whichever one we like. I’ll probably be going with most of my team since they generally chose the same set. If all goes well (meaning that I remember), expect a return of my movie review installments tomorrow.
