Just Guessing at Everything Anyway
In preparation for the NFL season beginning tomorrow, I’m taking part in four (4) fantasy football leagues. This is up from zero (0) in all past years, so my experience and knowledge about what I’m doing is around that same number also. Ultimately my strategy revolves hugely around going with players that each site gives lots of points to, and then setting my lineup based on which subset of players is projected to score me the most points that week. As it stands right now I would win based on project points in each of my four leagues, so we’ll see after this weekend just how accurate that all is.
Tomorrow is effectively a non-work day for me because of a team BBQ we’re having. Hopefully the weather will cooperate by at least not raining (since a temperature that starts with at least a 7 is just too much to ask for in September apparently), but I think there’s a big dome/picnic area as a contingency plan if it in fact does. The weather widget on my desktop just shows clouds, so I can at least have some hope that it will be a dry picnic.
