Man, this magical, amazing, revolutionary OS called Windows 7 just continues to impress me with some of it’s features, even those that I find totally on accident. Take the Windows key + space for example: a keyboard shortcut for hovering over the Show Desktop button, so as soon as you release the Windows key, everything goes back to the way it was (Win+D is the permanent version in case you were caring). This actually makes it much more convenient for me to see the weather since dual monitors does decrease the ability to easily hover over the Show Desktop button just by throwing your cursor to that general area of the screen.
Tomorrow and Friday are really just about as empty as today was as far as my schedule goes. Not quite sure yet what this equates to me ending up doing with my time, but I’m sure there are numerous things I can fill it with. I might go ahead and work on expanding some of my spec without waiting for a full round of input just to go ahead and not be wasting time that I’m sure I’ll wish I had in another few weeks or so.
