A New Beginning in the Works
Around a week ago I declared that I had the weekend project of doing my WordPress 3.0 upgrade; it looks like this weekend is going to be a great time to at least start that. The way I have it planned in my mind is that I’m going to have my primary installation be hosting JG.com, and then I’ll look into how to transfer this blog into an additional site hosted by that same installation. If it turns out that I have to do both upgrades and then merge them in order for everything to work the best so be it, but I will eventually get everything running on just a single installation hopefully.
My other weekend project is to do the research and buy the parts that I need in order to start playing around with some embedded development stuff. Considering how much I hated Intro to Digital Systems at UTD this might just be one giant project of fail, but I have nothing else to occupy my time with at the moment. Except for Lost…and video games…and Netflix movies. Yep, nothing at all.
