Persistent Pool Problems Producing Parental Predicaments
For having a house with a pool, we actually use it quite infrequently. When you take into account the issues we’ve had with it in the past, it really makes you question whether or not it’s worth having one in the first place. Combine that with the current problem of the air blower coming on for no apparent reason, add in the fact that I’m moving to Seattle in three weeks, and you just end up with a recipe for a situation that neither of my parents are probably equipped to handle besides calling the pool people. Granted, I’m not that much more equipped than them, but I at least knew how to put the pool into service mode in order to hopefully override whatever was making the blower come on.
Tomorrow I’m very likely going to see The Taking of Pelham 123, so that + lunch will take up a good portion of my afternoon. I have nothing else on my schedule for tomorrow, but I think that should be enough in order to keep me occupied. If it isn’t, I’ll just have to come up with more stuff on the fly or suffer being bored.
