Expect the Unexpected
Today right after my 5:30 class started, I got a call (although my phone was in vibrate mode, so no worries) from the trainers. Apparently tomorrow, rather than having games at HP, I’m going with Coach Harris to Red Oak for most likely two games. Fortunately I have nothing else big tomorrow so that’s not a huge problem, but it definitely wasn’t what I would have expected in a phone call from them. So much for not traveling this season!!
I’m debating the best way to deal with handle keep track of everything that I have due since over half of my classes only meet once per week. Right now I’m going old school with a UTD weekly planner book (all of $7 at the bookstore), but I may end up doing something with my iPhone. If I could connect just the calendar my Google account I have set up for my UTD email, then that would be a very potential solution. If I put an email account on my phone though, I’d prefer not to deal with doing account switching between mail and calendar. You’d think the iPhone would be smart enough to handle that though, right? The other option is that I could always pay $99 for a year of non-functional MobileMe.
