The One Thing I’ll Remember from This Semester
I. Hate. Flash. Fortunately, with the game project presentation finished, I won’t need to work with Flash ever again in the foreseeable future unless I want to (which is pretty unlikely). Tomorrow I have to be up at UTD for about an hour for a meeting and completely different type of presentation (related to the game event from a month or so ago), but aside from that, but next class related happening is my Automata final on Friday morning.
I played Mario Kart Wii today since as far as I’m concerned it’s not a game that can be beaten, and I’m liking the new control scheme so far. I’ve only used the Wii Wheel, but I haven’t really had any problems turning or having the controller not be responsive, so I’m willing to keep going with it for a while. Could I be more effective with a Wavebird? Possibly, but since I’m just playing the AI right now, being “effective” is a very relative term.
