Preempting the Possibility
In a few minutes I’m headed over to Ryan’s for an “Edgeworks Lan Party”, so I figured I might as well make sure I got this post in just in case the party goes a little late. We’ll probably be playing Halo 3 and Brawl most of the night, but who knows what other games could creep into the proceedings. This isn’t a publicized event like a previous Halo 2 night was, so it should only be 4-5 of us playing locally.
Our game event at UTD next weekend is coming together more and more, but that doesn’t mean that there’s still not a lot of work to be done. My primary focus this next week is contacting people and then getting the programs printed up, so my goal for this weekend is to finish up all of my homework for this next week so that I’ll have the free time to do the other stuff. Of course, there’s no hope at all for me to “finish up” the game project, but progress is all I want at this point, and I think that should come in the amount I’d like for it to by Sunday night.
