The Guilded Age
Earlier today I was talking about guilds with the husband of my ex-chemistry teacher, then when I’m playing WoW I get this random (but very polite) tell asking if I’d like to join “a small guild that places no demands on its members”. Considering I joined my original FFXI guild by random invite (the rest have all been a result of mergers and splits from the same core group of people), I figured there was no harm. The character list looked pretty evenly spread with about half the members under 40, so we’ll see if I end up enjoying it (or if I even realize that I’m in a guild most of the time).
I made an Amazon purchase today related to the 3rd year anniversary of this blog. An Amazon purchase, you ask? Yep, and you’ll have to wait another 20 days to figure out why. :)
