The Staple Food of My Training Career
Well, my prediction about today was right: not unbearably cold, but enough to be moderately annoying all day. One of the many foods I had which collectively made up my lunch was something that has been of central importance to my sustenance throughout my entire athletic training career. This food is so universal that it is at almost every concession stand, regardless of stadium or field. This food, of course, would be the great combination of chips and cheese: Nachos.
I’m not worrying about the game on Sunday, so that means my life is baseball-free until a week from this upcoming Tuesday. “Baseball-free” has such a negative connotation to it, but until the weather gets warmer, I’d much rather be inside with a TV or computer. Oh yeah, and if anyone cares, we split the games today. The first one we lost 6-16 (after being up 6-3 and only needing 1 out to end the game), but the second we won 14-8.
