My Ongoing Love/Hate Relationship
My experience with our Tivo has generally been positive. Sure, there are a few quirks, but overall it functions like it’s supposed to. Well, with an update that got pushed to it a week or two ago, the transferring to a compuer function is very tempermental. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when it wants to work and when it doesn’t, but probably a good half of the shows I try to transfer it fails on. Tivo puts the blame on my end (which I know isn’t the case), but I guess there’s nothing really more for me to do until more people experience it and Tivo hopefully fixes it in a future update.
My new phone came in the mail today, and with the short time I played around with it, I really like it. I’m still using my old phone since I don’t have a case for this one yet, and I’m also looking into getting a Bluetooth headset to use so that I don’t have to continually take it out of the case and put it back in when I’m done. Which BT headset I’ll get is an entirely different issue, but I’ve already started to do my research.
To close the post, let me just say that I hate Physics tests. No explanation is necessary, I just hate them.
